As a Program Coordinator, I play a key role in the successful delivery of live-streamed classroom experiences across multiple school programs. My focus is on guiding and managing on-site teams, supporting day-to-day classroom operations, and driving both student achievement and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Account and Relationship Management• Ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support to 30+ programs.• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned districts, handling all day-to-day operations.• Provide program support, including audits, classroom support, and troubleshooting.Onboarding and Training• Conduct training and onboarding sessions for 100+ district staff as needed.• Build and maintain strong relationships with 100+ district staff and stakeholders.• Interface with 60+ POCs to gather feedback and share insights with internal teams.Program Implementation and Support• Assist with the launch of 30+ new programs and initiatives.• Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by district staff.• Collaborate with CSMs to develop and implement strategies for program improvement.• Monitor program performance and provide regular updates to CSMs.Strategic Success Planning• Align with CSM on district/school JSP goals and support tracking to completion.• Participate in strategic planning sessions and feedback loops to refine engagement models and territory alignmentInsights and Data Analytics• Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.• Monitor and analyze program data to identify trends and areas for improvement.• Utilize data to inform hiring and placement decisions.
