Complies, documents, tracks, investigates, and takes action on data incidents and issues concerning compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations and/or the R1’s privacy policies and procedures -Ensures consistent application of sanctions for failure to comply with privacy policies with others (R1 privacy team, HR, and legal counsel, as applicable)-Develops compliance-based metrics and reporting mechanisms to track privacy and data incident concerns as reported -Works with internal teams to remediate any activities for continuous privacy improvement, including managing projects for privacy and compliance enhancement -Supports R1’s proactive efforts to monitor, educate on, and promote compliance with all federal, state, and international privacy requirements -Works with and reports to a broad spectrum of service lines and professionals, ranging from senior management to front line site and service leaders, including clients and vendors
