Maintained all menus and pricing- Worked with an average of 4 events per month to help design their program in our space and ensure event ran smoothly onsite- Redesigned and facilitated a new orientation program and customer service training program for the entire organization- Worked with leaders in other operational departments to improve standard operating procedures and policies within the organization- Created themed Holiday party packages which included specialized décor, entertainment and food and beverage- Designed, planned and executed “Sync Up” networking events/open house events created to bring in new business and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
