Oversee full-cycle recruitment for advanced practice providers, anesthesia professionals, nursing roles, and senior nursing leadership. I create and implement strategic recruitment plans, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and lead initiatives to attract top talent. I represent the medical center at national conferences, present at universities and professional schools, and facilitate hiring manager meetings to ensure alignment with organizational goals and workforce needs.• Full cycle nurse recruitment to support the staffing needs of Nursing and Advanced Practice within The James and CRNA/AA recruitment across the health system• Consult with management and leadership to identify staffing needs and workforce planning strategies • Establishes and maintains relationships with managers/directors to ensure departmental recruitment needs are met/exceeded• Coordinates recruitment aspect of onboarding for new Nurse Managers/Assistant Nurse Managers• Participate in reoccurring management meetings • Create and foster relationships with colleges/universities to attract and recruit new graduate talent• Attend job fairs and conferences to recruit and build national recognition, including presenting at the national ONS annual congress• Complete all compensation quotes for positions within my scope
