Strategic Talent Planning: Consult on talent strategy, organizational design, team effectiveness, succession, and performance management, advising on all facets of the employee lifecycle- Organizational Effectiveness: Advise and coach leaders on workforce planning and organizational development initiatives; assess organizational design, develop team effectiveness strategies, and manage change management efforts in collaboration with COEs- Talent Management: Drive talent development and succession planning initiatives, facilitating talent reviews and identifying strategies to engage and ready top talent for critical roles- Global Implementation: Oversee implementation of global programs and collaborate with local HR teams in various international markets, ensuring compliance with local laws while maintaining consistency with global initiatives- ER/Engagement: Support business in addressing employee engagement and complex employee relations issues, applying effective mediation and problem-resolution techniques and ensuring fairness, equity, and legal compliance- Business Partnering: Consult with employees and managers on all human resource-related topics ranging from Benefits to Compensation to Mobility to team development. Build and support career development frameworks for technical and non-technical roles. Work on cross-functional projects with other Talent Partners and Centers of Excellence to support high performance.
