I am a Data Analytics and Machine Learning Engineer with over 3 years at Signify (Philips Lighting), a global leader in the lighting industry, delivering production-grade analytics and ML solutions at scale across Europe.In my current role as Europe Commercial Excellence Analyst, I lead quantitative analytics across a large-scale multi-market sales pipeline covering 25+ countries. I built an ML churn prediction framework on millions of rows of multi-year ERP transaction data, identifying significant at-risk revenue now embedded in the company\'s forward commercial strategy. I also architected a Europe-wide sales dashboard serving thousands of daily users across 30+ countries, and pioneered Celonis process automation that won formal company recognition.I hold an MSc in Data Analytics from Northeastern University London with Distinction across all modules and assessments. My dissertation applied Random Forest and Logistic Regression to real commercial ERP data, achieving 100% precision and recall on a live churn prediction task.My technical toolkit spans Python, SQL, Power BI, Snowflake, SAP S/4HANA and Celonis.
