With over a decade of experience in counseling—working with addiction, family conflict, relationship challenges, identity, and self-worth—I help individuals uncover who they truly are and define themselves by the purpose they seek.My therapeutic approach is grounded in existentialism, narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and insight-oriented interventions. At the heart of my work is a simple belief: you create the story you want others to see. Choice plays a vital role in shaping that story, and I help clients develop self-awareness around how their decisions impact both themselves and the people around them.Therapy, to me, is a team effort.
