I partner closely with both our direct customers and channel partners, aligning with global and regional revenue targets.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:Market & Sales Enablement:Collaborate with the US-based Account Director and regional team to support direct and partner-led sales initiatives.Provide pre-sales support including discovery sessions, product demos, proof of concepts, RFP responses, and webinars.Technical & Business Leadership:Subject-matter expert on the 3Sixty solution, ensuring robust technical demonstrations and seamless integration with customer systems (e.g, JavaScript, databases, Elastic Search, document/records management, workflow automation).Leverage Generative AI, machine learning, and data management technologies to deliver innovative, tailored solutions that address key business drivers and challenges.Implementation & Support:Guide the implementation of the 3Sixty solution for both direct customers and our partners, assisting with project management, technical training, and post-implementation support.Serve as a liaison to communicate market and technical insights back to our product management teams.Industry Expertise:Apply in-depth knowledge of information governance, data fabric, ETL, and business intelligence tools.Utilize experience across various industry sectors—including government, finance, healthcare, and regulated industries—to inform best practices and drive effective solution adoption.
