I’ve always loved things that are a little bit crazy. To me, the biggest changes and most challenging feats happen one bite-sized step at a time. While personally, this has driven me to pursue ultra-distance races, professionally, it has led me to found Colby.Previously, as a Product Owner at Apollo Global Management, I broke down massive data problems into manageable solutions. Now, I am applying that same \"scrappy,\" detailed problem-solving mindset to the asset management industry as a whole.At Colby, we are increasing capital formation using AI. My goal is to help organizations strip away the trite, boring tasks—like data entry and granular reporting—so they can focus on the work that actually drives value. I thrive on anticipating the small issues before they become big roadblocks and adapting to the fast-paced nature of building something new.
