ABOUT CONNOR DIERCKS
I graduated from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations and Information Management and a minor in Information Technology. Regardless of whether I am working for a company or with my classmates on a project, I keep a professional, friendly attitude and work as hard as I can. I like to stay busy and am very productive. This past summer, going into my senior year, I worked for Bose in the Aviation and Military Division. I was a Business Intern, but I worked mainly on Business Operations and Marketing for the division. Finding an internship that I was passionate about helped me grow as a person, meet new people, and develop many teamwork, problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills. The summer following my junior year, I worked as a Marketing Intern for Appcessori Corporation. Working for this start-up company honed my leadership and problem-solving skills in a fast-moving environment and created many challenges that I needed overcome and solve.
