I lead the day-to-day social media operations for AFTV across X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, and WhatsApp. My role includes overseeing content scheduling, managing the Social Editors team, and aligning our output with both Arsenal’s fixture schedule and AFTV’s production calendar.I’ve driven growth and consistency across platforms by repurposing long-form YouTube content into high-performing short-form social posts, optimising for engagement while maintaining brand voice. I also manage editorial tone during sensitive periods (e.g, defeats or controversy) to protect AFTV\'s integrity and long-term fan trust.In addition, I advise on branded content strategies, ensuring all social activity aligns with audience expectations, platform trends, and AFTV’s commercial goals.
