I\'ve successfully executed transformative projects like BMO Debit Mastercard, affecting thousands of employees and millions of customers, and OPTrust’s Pension Administration Transformation (PATH) program, impacting thousands of members and employers. At OPTrust, I spearheaded its first truly agile project, becoming a key architect and champion of the agile transformation. With expertise across waterfall and agile methodologies, agile coaching, change management, and DEI, I foster strong partnerships, support project teams, and drive business impact. I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM), Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), and Prosci Change Management practitioner.Beyond my professional work, I believe in paying it forward—sending the elevator back down so others can rise. Now in my second year as co-chair of OPTrust’s Black Employees Resource Group (BEAN), I drive meaningful change through our group mentorship program, career development workshops, panel discussions, and educational sessions. As a mentor with PMI, Onyx Initiative, and freelance, I’ve helped countless professionals grow in career development, communications, and project management. My time as President of two Toastmasters clubs empowered individuals to find their voice and thrive in leadership. I\'m available for speaking engagements and panel discussions—let’s create impact together!On a personal note, I proudly served as OPTrust Movember campaign chair, sharing my dad’s journey and shaving my head live 3 times to raise awareness and funds.
