I have the privilege of working alongside leaders who genuinely want to grow - CEOs and executives who are willing to be honest about where they are, curious about what they don’t yet see, and invested in elevating their leadership toward their highest potential.These are accomplished people carrying significant responsibility, often navigating growth, complexity, and decisions that don’t come with simple answers. What draws me to this work isn’t titles or roles, but the person behind them - individuals with strong character and intent, a growth mindset, and a genuine desire to become better. They’re open to being challenged, committed to raising their own standard, and thoughtful about how their judgment, clarity, and effectiveness shape the people and environments around them.As a lifelong learner, I believe at my core that great leadership is built on trust, clarity, and shared purpose. Purpose matters deeply to me because it’s what connects leadership to impact - how decisions are made, how people are treated and great cultures are created, and ultimately the kind of mark we leave behind. I’m most inspired by leaders who lead with intention, who reflect on why they do what they do, and who are committed to making a meaningful difference through both their work and how they show up in the world.Today, I carry this work forward as Chief Business Officer and Certified Forum Chair with MacKay CEO Forums, working nationally with leaders both individually and in confidential peer groups built on trust, candour, and shared experience. Through this platform, I help create the space for honest reflection and constructive challenge - supporting leaders as they simplify complexity, surface what truly matters, and translate ambition into focused, values-aligned action that supports both professional performance and personal growth.
