I\'m responsible for the supervision of the agency’s creative product and overall business operations. I interface with the client, the Account Executive, and other team members. I help formulate and implement the strategic marketing plan that has been developed and interpreting it into “the big idea.”I help assign all creative projects among the agency staff and bringing in outside vendors as required. Approval of all creative work before it is presented to the client. Most of all, implementation of a vision about the importance of the creative product to the future success of the agency.
