In a business landscape shaped by rapid change and complexity, it is more important than ever for organizations to be able to navigate through the oceans of information available and pull meaningful insights to drive decision making.This is where I thrive – at the intersection of people, data, and strategy. Since my education at the Haskayne School of Business and beyond, I’ve had the privilege of building out departments in analytics and market research, and now, my work centers on helping businesses unlock their potential through strategic insights and leadership development.As the Manager of Strategy & Research and a Leadership Team member at TEC Canada, I specialize in identifying trends and delivering actionable insights that shape decision-making for CEOs and business owners. My three disciplines of leadership — People Leadership, Thought Leadership, and Strategic Leadership — form the foundation of my approach to business:• People Leadership: I lead a department focused on strategy and research, while indirectly supporting the growth and leadership development of CEOs and business owners.• Thought Leadership: Through in-depth research reports and publications, I provide critical insights that help executives navigate the complexities of today’s business environment.• Strategic Leadership: My strategic expertise is informed by a comprehensive understanding of business operations and market dynamics, empowering organizations to make informed, holistic decisions.Currently pursuing an MBA in Finance, I am seeking to elevate my strategic skillset and strengthen my ability to create value at the executive level.
