I find the key to practicing good medicine is to really get to know my patients: to understand their motivations, openness to change, strengths, support systems, and life challenges and how all those factors may be affecting their current and future health. I want my patients to feel welcome, safe, and comfortable asking questions so I can fully partner with them.With many years of clinical and leadership experience in a variety of settings and models, I enjoy working to create models of care to meet my patients\' needs, moving health care from \"service\" to \"hospitality\".
