Psychology and HRIS may seem like a mismatch, but part of what I enjoy so much about my day-to-day is getting to work with a variety of people and working to understand how our systems can be built to better meet their needs.With nearly 12 years of experience in the HRIS world, I have worked with a variety of applications but am always looking to learn more.
