I have developed a recognised practice in the law relating to surrogacy and assisted reproduction and regularly act in cases involving both international and domestic surrogacy arrangements. I am a solicitor advocate and regularly conduct my own advocacy in the High Court and Family Court. The Legal 500 describes me as \"a standout star. He has the depth of knowledge to challenge any silk, and his advocacy is flawless.’I have acted in a number of reported cases in this area of law, including surrogacy and declarations of parentage where there are donor disputes. I am also a Fellow of the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproductive Technology Attorneys In addition to my fertility law practice, I also act in private law children cases, often in cases involving an international element (child abduction, relocation, wardship and other jurisdictional issues), or cases with LGBT issues.
