I have developed a recognised practice in the law relating to surrogacy and assisted reproduction and regularly act in cases involving both international and domestic surrogacy arrangements. I am a solicitor advocate and regularly conduct my own advocacy in the High Court and Family Court. The Legal 500 describes me as \"a standout star. He has the depth of knowledge to challenge any silk, and his advocacy is flawless.’I have acted in a number of reported cases in this area of law, including surrogacy and declarations of parentage where there are donor disputes. I have been recognised as a \"go-to lawyer for surrogacy\" by the Legal 500 UK edition and in 2014, received one of the four \"rising stars under 40\" by the LGBT Bar Association and Interlaw Diversity Forum. In 2024 I was named Lawyer of the Year - Family Law by the Spears GuideI am a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers and co-chair of the IAFL\'s Parentage Committee. I am also a Fellow of the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproductive Technology Attorneys In addition to my fertility law practice, I also act in private law children cases, often in cases involving an international element (child abduction, relocation, wardship and other jurisdictional issues), or cases with LGBT issues.
