This included consistent service definitions, pricing models and maturity criteria, which reduced variability across Sales, Pre-Sales and Delivery and improved win rates.I enhanced customer experience and service reliability through stronger ownership, structured feedback loops and clearer expectations across the organisation. I also improved the financial performance of core platforms by reducing waste and tightening commercial and operational controls.I have built a high-performing Product organisation with strong delivery capability across Product Management and Alliances, enabling faster execution, better decision making and stronger vendor alignment across the portfolio.
