Asset life cycle management:Responsible for the over assets for Establishment of Requirements, Reviewing of internal calibration capabilities, Purchasing submissions, Installation coordination, Certification to all test and dimensional equipment drawing and technical requirements, Induction into asset management database, Calibration procedure formation or evaluations with conformance to expanded uncertainties, Release assets into production, Instituting of Daily/Weekly/Monthly Inspections, Development and Inauguration and Scheduling of Preventive Maintenance (PM) requirement to OEM recommendations, Synchronizing of repair and overhaul, Coordination of Supplier for contractual systems, Deactivation of inactive equipment, Defining and Storage of assets, Removal from active service life, Return to Supplier/Scrapping of equipment. Liaison for all Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). Tracking, controlling, auditing and inventory.Mediator between calibration provider and production staff, to address scheduling and conflicts, availability, failure reporting and establishing of product impact. Corrective action assessment impact and system improvement for risk mitigation.Establishing, designing, building, and managing databases in integration of systems to control Repairs/Preventive Maintenance/Calibration/Government Furnished Equipment. Then provide management visibility, auditor compliance, and daily Operator/Team reviews and notifications and training.Support of all Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) activities and assessments for workstations within the plant. Integral in ESD controls roll-out to ensure compliance to ESD established requirements for conformance.
