ABOUT KEN GAMBER

I understand manufacturing organizations as one connected system - where every function affects every other, often long before the metrics reveal it. For 25+ years in EMS and OEM environments serving aerospace & defense, medical, and high-reliability commercial/industrial sectors, I’ve built my career on technical depth and the ability to see how the entire operation fits together. The technical, operational, and business elements of manufacturing aren’t separate to me - they operate as linked mechanisms that rise or fail together. I focus on identifying the points where small errors or incorrect assumptions create large operational impacts, such as: • design choices that create hidden manufacturability or test challenges • quoting inputs that distort labor, capacity, or cost expectations • planning or supply chain gaps that increase variability and WIP • process drift that slowly erodes yield and reliability • system misalignment that makes work harder than it needs to be My approach is to identify the true source of instability, understand the upstream and downstream impacts, and implement the solution that resolves the underlying issue - not the surface symptom. I work best where complexity is high and the path forward depends on connecting details across design, process, systems, and people. Technical depth. End-to-end understanding. Practical solutions that hold. Predictable results.
