Industry experience includes; medical, pharmaceutical, healthcare and defence/aerospace. In depth knowledge of managing contract manufacturing within the plastics sector; primarily injection moulding, including NPI, Rapid Prototyping, Tooling, Automation, Infrastructure My management style is all about employee engagement, development and empowerment; sharing the vision, leading by example, communication, transparency, ethics.
