Style and manage the execution of on-brand, elevated on-model e-commerce shoots, on a daily basis-Liaise with brand managers and Style Director to ensure product is being shot according to brand/designer/season specifications-Review styling of all on-model sets prior to shoot, and afterwards to approve images, ensuring they are up to MODA standards-Manage a team of stylists, nurturing their growth and creativity, inspiring them and instilling a level of excellence and pride in their work-Maintain ownership over MODA\'s “Style Guide” continually updating and distributing amongst necessary team members-Collaborate with talent booker on managing roster of talent- including freelance/Europe stylists and models-Oversee all styling & image approval for priority investment brands pre-shot in Europe-brands include: PRADA, MIU MIU, BOTTEGA VENETA, LOEWE, DOLCE & GABBANA, JACQUEMUS, ISABEL MARANT, JIL SANDER-Monitor website to ensure a consistency amongst product shots/categories and alert team of any discrepancies-Continuously evaluate our creative assets, as well as the competitions, ensuring Moda Operandi leads the way in online styling-Oversee handling of merchandise while in studio’s possession, ensuring it is received and returned in immaculate, sellable condition and in a timely manner
