ABOUT COLIN MACLEAN

I am a Sr. Account Executive at Hitachi Vantara, a global leader in data management and innovation. With 35+ years of experience in technology sales, business development, and marketing strategy, I help data-driven leaders find and use the value in their data to innovate intelligently and reach outcomes that matter for business and society. I currently lead the global sales account teams at Intel Corporation and Amazon. My specialties include data analytics, hybrid cloud solutions, storage virtualization, file and content services, and other technologies from partners such as Cisco, Broadcom and CommVault. I view my role as a problem solver and pride myself on obsessing over my customers\' initiatives and requirements. I partner with them to deliver data-managing solutions that improve their customers\' experiences, develop new revenue streams, and lower the costs of business. I also leverage my deep knowledge of information technology (IT), operational technology (OT), and domain expertise to elevate their innovation advantage and drive data to meaningful outcomes.
