It has been great to be part of the Unionwear team where I have played a key role in developing our core team and growing our staff.When I first began working at Unionwear, we were selling 500 hats per day. Twenty years later, we are selling hats per day, largely because of my team. The feeling is more than mutual too. We have a great deal of mutual respect and we could not succeed without each other’s support.Moreover, I have developed strong relationships with clients and vendors who have become good personal friends, some of whom even attended family functions. They have loyally purchased from Unionwear over the years because I believe that business is personal, and when I deliver the personal touch, they appreciate us that much more.On a day-to-day basis, I help our team overcome manufacturing obstacles which are frequently out of our control. We have learned to be lean and nimble, which allows us to make changes quickly to ensure that our customers and vendors are satisfied with our work.Working with Unionwear has been a great pleasure and I look forward to at least 20 more years on the team.
