ABOUT COLE ALLEYNE
As a student at Trinity College majoring in International Studies with a minor in urban studies and formal organizations (expected graduation May 2027), I bring a unique blend of analytical ability, leadership experience, and a proven commitment to professional development that align well with the demands of today’s financial and real estate industries. Through my internship with Figure 8 Properties, I gained hands-on exposure to property management and investment analysis. I reviewed rent rolls and tenant accounts, coordinated property maintenance requests, and supported senior principals in learning valuation models and market criteria. At the Hartford City Treasurer’s Office (MERF Fund), I deepened my financial acumen by researching portfolio firms, ensuring accuracy of pension disbursements, and assisting the CIO in administrative and digital strategy initiatives—an experience that strengthened both my analytical and client service skills. Beyond internships, I have demonstrated entrepreneurial initiative as the Founder of Angry Dragon Entertainment, where I built a successful campus-focused venture that managed high-volume events and strategic partnerships with hospitality groups across the eastern seaboard, leveraging my creativity as an artist (DJ) and as an entrepreneur. In parallel, I was selected into the SEO Career EDGE Program, a highly competitive career development initiative that provides technical and professional training to prepare students for competitive finance and real estate roles.
