ABOUT RAVI SHARMA

I am an Indian Army Veteran at 54 yrs after serving the nation for 31 years. Being from Infantry my biggest asset has been my men and it has been my constant endeavour to train each one of them in their respective skills and innovate so as to optimise combat potential of my 3. To enable and align myself with latest in corporate management and Technology I have acquired additional educational qualifications and experiences as under:(a) PGD in Personal Management and Industrial Relation (1997)(b) Technical Staff Officers Course (M Tech)(2003)(c) PGD in Hospital Management (2015) from IIHMR Delhi.(d) Executive Programme in Business (2022) Management at MDI, Gurugram.(e) Two months internship at BLK Multi Speciality Hospita (now MAX)- Non Medical Departments (f) Three months internship at Saket City Hospital-Quality Department (now MAX SMART). My schooling in Delhi Kannada School and serving in the ASSAM REGIMENT has helped me in understanding unity in diversity in truest sense. This facet helped me in multinational environment of United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon too wherein as Senior Operations Officer/Dy Chief JOC I oversaw expansion of the force from countries) personnel to countries). In Human Resource Development I got inspired by a pre-primary class story which brought out that only a CUB can grow up to be a LION and put up all efforts to treat all my men as cubs. As Director Land and Works (2010-13), I achieved landmark budgetary ceiling of Rs 2500Cr cumulatively which included Adm Approval of a Command Hospital. I was involved in land acquisition of too. I have been an instructor at Category A institution of Infantry where I trained officers. As CO NCC Bn (2500 Cadets) for five years I have groomed cadets in \"Unity and Discipline\" and have been involved in Social Service activities and Event Management. I feel that I am ready for the world outside uniform and looking forward to contribute towards HR Development, Business Development, General Management, Contingency Management, Operations, Quality Assurance, Hospital Management.
