ABOUT ASHISH BHARGAVA

I am full of innovative ideas in teaching field. My ideas are being updated regularly by the dignitaries on linkedin and on other educational groups, as my connection. I am eager to learn new things and skills related to teaching and school admin to meet the current cutting edge trend and always ready to implement and experiment new things with keeping the vision and mission of my organization in mind. As an MCA my technical hand helps me to understand and implement the technology related to my field. And make me less dependable on other technical persons for small tasks. With my constant effort I have changed many students vision towards the education. Like some reluctant student started loving maths, at some place I could successfully created team spirit in my students consequently god gifted students started helping slow learners which radically improved my result. As administrator I trained my staff and conduct many staff, parent and student counseling sessions which boost not my result but also school reputation in local. Parent satisfaction and school reputation is always my major concern. As admin and as a part of management I see school as a tree, nurture the roots enjoy the fruits i.e. if we put efforts to uplift the education definitely we will get the benefits. I also successfully designed and implemented homework schedule for students on daily basis which not only reduced their bag load but also gave extra time with family. regular copy correction and diary checking are some my tools to have grip on students and staff progress.
