ABOUT CODY CROCKETT

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and executive health coach who helps high performers, executives, and professionals build a stronger body, higher energy, and better output in health, business, and life.My work sits at the intersection of physical therapy, sports performance, and longevity. I use data-driven, simple systems to improve movement quality, increase capacity, and drive measurable progress.I run Executive Gains, where I coach clients through individualized programs that address posture and movement limitations, strength and conditioning, nutrition fundamentals, and lifestyle structure. I offer virtual consultations and provide cash-based movement and performance services through Coordinates Healthcare, including biomechanical assessment, performance testing, and corrective exercise programming.I have supported U.S. Ski and Snowboard Paralympic athletes as a contract physical therapist during travel. I also coach with Challenge Alaska as a ski instructor and dryland training coach for adaptive race team athletes. My approach is built around aligning training, recovery, and lifestyle with the body’s natural rhythms so the system supports its own recovery and results are sustainable. When physical health is built at the root, mental health, relationships, and long-term performance tend to follow.
