In my role as Employer Liaison I perform the following duties:• Successfully helping over 15 clients find jobs every month that align with their short and long-term career goals by leveraging employer relationships extrinsic to the organization while working cross functionally with various programs at Achēv (JAC, EY-FiT, EPIC, EO). • Collaborating closely with 10+ Career Specialists to help clients achieve their career goals by providing individualized job search support, resume building sessions, and interview preparation. • Organizing 2 on-site monthly job fairs per month with employer partners across numerous sectors within the GTA to help employ Achēv clients en masse.• Forging/refortifying relationships with new and existing employer partners to strengthen the Achēv brand while creating new opportunities for clients.
