Longboard Architectural Products was founded with the belief that together, we can achieve the extraordinary. • Manage a team of HR professionals in the People and Culture Department. • Oversee employer branding and recruitment efforts to attract highly skilled talent for positions in Canada and across the US. • Responsible for championing and strengthening our “People Come First” culture. • Utilize employee pulse surveys, stay interviews, and exit interviews to identify trends and areas for improvement as well as provide leaders across the organization with qualitative and quantitative data. • Collaborate with senior leaders and managers from across the organization to translate operational goals into strategic HR initiatives. • Provide HR coaching and advice to leaders across the organization and compliance and employee relations. • Oversee Learning and Development initiatives including conducting internal training, selecting external training providers, and applying for grant funding to offset training costs to the company. • Oversee Canada and US benefit research and selection to ensure alignment with our core values, business objectives, and employer brand positioning. • Maintain and implement new functions in our HRIS system (Ceridian Dayforce)
