Clyde is the founder of EnergyByte Solutions. He has over 37 years of experience serving the upstream oil and gas industry as a leader in Accounting and Information Technology. Clyde had held staff and management positions in industry and consulting. Since he has played a key role in the design, development, implementation and support of SAP Production and Revenue Accounting (SAP PRA). He has broad and deep experience in the upstream oil and gas business including production and revenue accounting, financial accounting, land/lease management and gas marketing. He leads the function design for EnergyByte Solutions. His experience includes litigation support, joint venture audit, acquisitions and divestitures, due diligence, gas marketing systems evaluation, refined products marketing systems evaluation and implementation project turnaround. In his role as project director, he was responsible for application license and consulting services agreement contract negotiations, project team development and project planning and strategy.
