I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. Welcome! The work I do was born from my own quest to find my true Self and heal my heart and body. That journey taught me that true fulfillment isn’t found out there, but in reconnecting with the wisdom, love and innate power we hold within.Today, as a Transformational Coach, Holistic Guide and Author, I help women do the same. For more than 20 years, my path has been a dedicated and global one. From intensive emotional work at the Hoffman Process and silent Vipassana retreats to studying with spiritual masters in India and Bali. My offerings to you is a blend of powerful, soulful practices with a range of active and very interesting, potent and effective modalities, including various meditations, breath work, family constellations, money blocks, shadow work, law of attraction manifestation techniques, energy healing, thought-form (entities) removals, and spine alignment therapies, to guide you back to a state of alignment, love, freedom and peace.My background as an entrepreneur, business owner and mother, anchored by a degree in Communications, enriches my daily work. It also allows me to guide you with holistic depth and a true understanding of where you are in life, your needs, your healing and desires.
