I apply coaching psychology and positive psychology internationally in the corporate, NfP and education sectors to enhance leadership and team engagement, performance and well-being. I\'m told I bring great energy, I\'m good to work with and I make a positive difference!I love working freelance and in an associate capacity with market leaders in the fields of Leadership Development, Talent Management, Executive Coaching, Career Transition, Positive Psychology, Positive Education, Resilience, Mental Toughness and Well-being. Assignments have included the corporate, government, health and Not-for-Profit sectors and a wide range of schools and education providers in Australia, China, Asia, USA, Middle East, Europe & the UK. I design and facilitate very engaging and highly rated workshops on all these themes for a wide range of audiences.I\'ve been a Visiting Lecturer at the University of East London on the world\'s first MSc Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology (MAPPCP) and I\'m a Non-Executive Director for innovative vocational training consortium in London & the SE. I\'ve been published in articles and book chapters on coaching in organisations in the peer-reviewed \'International Journal of Evidence-based Coaching & Mentoring\' and in \'Coaching in Professional Contexts\' (Sage, 2016);\'Positive Psychology Coaching in Practice\'(Routledge, 2017); Positive Psychology Coaching in the Workplace (Springer, 2021); Handbook of Positive Education (Palgrave, 2021); Applied Positive School Psychology (Routledge, 2022). I present at international scientific conferences including the IPPA World & European Congresses on Positive Psychology. I\'m a proud graduate of the Master of Organisational Coaching program at the University of Sydney, the world leader in evidence-based coaching research & it\'s real-world application. I\'m a certified Strengths Profile Assessor and accredited in the MTQPlus Mental Toughness Assessment and the Hogan Assessment. Additionally I am interested in how dogs and other pets support and enhance biopsychosocial well-being in adults and young people in schools, hospitals and workplaces, including working with Miss May who is a Visiting Pets As Therapy Dog.Most recently I have been exploring how my passion and interest as an artist aligns with my coaching practice through the creation of character-led portraits which are expressive, contemporary, and rooted in observation, attention and acceptance of the sitter.
