My mission is to end that. Building amazing eLearning and in-class training doesn\'t require special skills – any instructional designer can do it. It also doesn\'t require unlimited resources or outrageous lengths of time. It only requires conviction (to do it right), creativity (with what resources you have), and willingness (to take chances).Gallup’s Strengths Finder 2.0 is a fantastic tool for learning about your natural talents. “Competition” is my #1 talent theme. Competition manifests itself in different ways for different people. For me, it comes as the desire to produce amazing eLearning every time I go to work.Learners everywhere are sick of mundane eLearning experiences that don’t teach them anything useful.
