I’m a quality improvement leader working at the intersection of healthcare strategy and performance. With an MBA and a background in consulting and life sciences marketing, I bring both business acumen and a system-level mindset to my teams. Currently working in a large Canadian hospital, I support clinical teams by improving processes around patient safety, cancer genetics expansion, critical supply chains, and more. I’m passionate about building tools that make clinicians’ and customer\'s lives easier, ultimately driving better care. Outside of work, I serve on boards, stay active in my community, and believe in continuous learning.
