Married with 2 boys. Living near Torino (Turin), Italy. Education: General Physics, University of Genova. Working in the Automotive business with T1 since 1989 (e.g. Olivetti, Gammastamp): 6 sigma process improvement, manufacturing, quality systems, business development for electronic, optical, mechanical and plating process. First joined MacDermid in 2008 as consultant, full time 2010. Since 2008 developed new business with FCA (former Fiat) by an OEM oriented approach, also for automotive film (e.g. Radionav & trims) & decorative business, MacDermid expanded this model to all key OEMs. From 2017 I represent MacDermid also for MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions to support the business growth connected to the Electrification (e.g. ADAS, Electric Powertrain)
