Issuing procedures and working instructions concerning expediting and inspection activities.• Orders and suppliers’ management (procurement, quality assurance and delivery).• Coordinate with the Project Manager and Procurement Manager to advise in case of suppliers\' delivery production rescheduling.• Carrying out inspections and expediting visits at suppliers’ premises in the EMEA region.• Analyze issues or obstacles that arise and indentify potential solutions.• Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, vendors, and project teams.• Understanding client requirements and expectations, and addressing any concerns or issues raised by clients promptly.• Managing client expectations and ensuring client satisfaction, and seeking client feedback and incorporating it into project execution
