Sales Development: I am responsible for the development of sales and distribution of PLCs, HMIs, inverters and components for control panels in Southern European markets, including Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Bosnia, Cyprus and Malta. I contributed significantly to the expansion of IMO\'s presence in the region, securing new contracts and increasing sales volume. Technical Support: I provide high level technical support to customers, assisting in the programming and integration of PLCs, HMIs and inverters. I work closely with client technical teams to solve complex problems and improve operational efficiency. Relationship Management: I build and maintain solid and long-lasting relationships with customers, distributors and agents, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. I am committed to fully understanding customer needs to offer tailored solutions that solve specific technical and commercial problems. Personalized Service: I offer a personalized and reactive service, including availability during public holidays for support if needed.
