I am a chartered accountant and before joining Baker McKenzie in 2017, I worked in the international tax services and transaction tax groups of Big 4 accounting firms for 9 years. I advise on all areas of UK corporate tax, with a particular focus on cross-border tax structuring for UK-headed and non-UK headed groups. I am particularly knowledgeable in Pillar Two, UK anti-hybrid provisions, UK DPT provisions, the UK\'s CFC regime and loan relationship anti-avoidance provisions.I spent 18 months during 2019/2020 on secondment to the Washington DC office, advising US multinationals.
