I advise companies in the areas of corporate and international tax planning and tax dispute resolution, with an emphasis on transfer pricing advisory work in various capacities. I regularly advise on and assist with negotiating advance pricing agreements, competent authority procedures, audit defense representation, appeals support, and a variety of other types of transfer pricing projects. I also help US-based and foreign-owned multinational companies prepare for and resolve global tax disputes in this area. In addition, my work focuses on advising companies on tax aspects of intercompany transactions, including analyzing and documenting transactions and developing intercompany pricing policies. I also have experience representing US-based companies with respect to tax aspects of corporate transactions, in particular mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.
