I have built a 20+year HR career delivering global change within the Financial, Professional Services, Oil & Gas, Charity and Retail sectors. During this time I have partnered with Supply Chain Directorates at Kingfisher to deliver a global HR transformation including leading and delivering organization design, defining functional learning, recruiting executive and operational teams, delivering European consultation and implementing new grading and reward structures. Within Shell I led a 12 month HR workstream to integrate 3 global businesses covering all aspects of HR transformation and delivering significant business benefit.I have a genuine passion for partnering with executive teams and front line leaders and using my HR expertise to translate their business priorities and strategies into robust and value-add people solutions. I enjoy the challenge of defining the people plan in complex change environments and have a strong commitment to delivering value and a great experience to the people and organisations I work with.
