As a key operational extension of the HR team, I deliver HR services within the CCA. My responsibilities include:Solving a range of straightforward to medium complexity problems by analyzing possible solutions using both my criteria and established policies and procedures.Managing financial responsibilities for legal fees on labor-related matters and employment agency fees in collaboration with the Head of HR CCA, ensuring alignment with AOP.Leading specific CARM-related processes and engaging key stakeholders throughout CCA to ensure adherence.Conducting payroll reconciliation.Updating the CARM Book as a backup for audits.Reconciling monthly statements and billing for health and life insurances.Validating contracts and submitting them to appropriate government agencies with in-market assistance.Running reports in Workday for data validation, vacancy accuracy, and other relevant metrics.This role allows me to leverage my problem-solving skills while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency within the HR function.
