As Head of Training, I lead the global strategy and operations of a 35+ member team, driving innovation and impact across all aspects of enablement. My leadership combines vision, strategy, and execution - aligning training initiatives with business goals and future readiness.I’m a leader with a unique blend of scientific, educational, and coaching expertise. With a foundation in biology and hands-on experience in gene therapy, I transitioned into Learning & Development driven by a passion for empowering people and organizations to thrive. My approach is data-driven and human-centered. My team designs targeted programs that empower commercial teams and our customers to perform.
