Consultant and coach for (inter)national managers in all people, culture & HR topics • Support managers in proactive talent management, performance management and strategic team and organizational development and create a consistent understanding of leadership • Work closely with Divisional HR Business Partners, Centers of Expertise and local HR teams to ensure alignment between global and local business and people strategies • Support managers in strategic, cultural and organizational change processes • Advising managers on all human resources questions and labor law issues -cooperation with the works council • Monitor and analyze critical HR metrics and develop a deep understanding of our functional areas to derive strategically important HR activities and solution concepts using global guidelines • Involved in the design of regional HR projects and initiatives
