ABOUT CLAUDIA COCCIOLI

In the last 18 years I’ve been working in the pharma environment with a deep focus on contract manufacturing. I have a strong background in Quality Assurance and now I’m working as Project Manager for contract manufacturing of finished pharma, med device and nutritional products. Starting from the early stages of projects, such as Due Diligence and commercial contract negotiation, I follow and lead all the industrialization, scale-up, production of products up to market launch. From a personal perspective, the two most distinctive strengths that characterize me, are “to woo” and “achiever”. As a woo-person, I have an aptitude for communicating and making conversation. I typically infuse energy into members of my teams. I have the ability to win other over. I energize social situation and naturally put strangers at ease, I help building networks by connecting people with each other. As an achiever-person, I work hard and posses a great deal of stamina. I’m an enterprising person, who, effortlessly launch new ventures. By nature, I love to get thing done, I am fulfilled by my own and my team\'s achievements; I have a strong inner drive, an innate source of intensity, energy and power that motivates me to work hard to complete tasks, activities and projects.
