ABOUT SAMI E.

I love solving problems. Since I was a kid, I was the local support in any avenue at home. I remember when my Playstation 1 was non functioning and I was determined to find out why, and make sure it was fixed. I took system apart and figured out what went wrong with the mechanisms. My father order the parts I required and I put it all back together stronger than before and to this day it is still functioning! It was from this point I knew I wanted to be an engineer. I took it upon myself to learn all different aspects of engineering. In high school I took CAD and Robotic classes to learn design processes and mechanical components. I even extended my learning to software by learning C++ and C to understand how mechanisms converse with each other when it comes to automation and the like. This intrigue for scientific knowledge continued to university where I pursued my Mechanical Engineering degree at the University of South Florida. I had so many more resources available to me to learn more about manufacturing and manufacturing processes, programming, electrical systems, quality control, and design processes. I quickly learned that there was so much more to investigate in the world. This drive and passion to understand processes to improve efficiency to everyday problems in manufacturing continues to be a main focus in my career and I am grateful to have this opportunity to learn, grow and solve problems every day. Every problem has a solution and I am always determined to work diligently and cooperatively with a team to find these solutions!Competencies: Computer Aided Drafting, Manufacturing Processes, Computer Programming, and Database Management, Quality Control, Process Improvement
