Currently a Board Member and volunteering with Release Ayrshire which is a men\'s Mental Health Charity aimed at men in crisis. The charity offers 24/7 text support through SHOUT and encourages them to #chatitout. Involved with a varity of awareness campaigns, events, presentations, fundraising and helping to reduce the stigma surrounding men\'s mental health.Networking and forming partnerships and collaborations with other support organisations/charities, businesses and members of the public.Also recruiting suitable volunteers.
