ABOUT CLARA VAN BIESEBROECK
After obtaining my BBA in Hospitality Management I started my career in Food and Beverage Management at a Crowne Plaza airport hotel where I managed a team of 20 FOH staff members across the department. I implemented changes that significantly improved our guest satisfaction scores, as well as employee satisfaction. I then moved to Manchester where I again focused on the improvement of quality. The implementation of sustainable changes led to the highest guest satisfaction scores the hotel had seen since opening 15 years ago. The many lockdowns made me switch to a different, more stable industry.In March 2022 I was offered the opportunity to work as a Corporate Insolvency Administrator. I now deal with mainly corporate insolvency cases from cradle to grave.
