ABOUT CLAIRE PERRY-LOUISE

I’m Claire Perry-Louise. I’ve been building and shaping communities since 2013. Over time, that work has evolved into facilitating teams and leadership groups who want stronger culture and better conversations. Before this, I trained and worked as a solicitor. It wasn’t the long-term plan for me, but it gave me structure, discipline and the ability to think clearly.What has always interested me more is what happens between people, how trust forms, how tension builds, how leadership shifts a room, and how honest dialogue changes direction. In 2020, I started a weekly Zoom meet-up for creatives and entrepreneurs. It became Like Hearted Leaders and has now run every Friday for over six years. Members describe it as the hour they didn’t know they needed. Like Hearted Leaders has taught me more about group dynamics than any textbook could. I’ve seen how psychological safety develops, how communities hold each other through transition, and how structured conversation strengthens resilience during growth and uncertainty. Alongside this, I’ve worked with brands including Dent Global, co-founded by Daniel Priestley, and The Do Lectures. I’ve designed and facilitated workshops, leadership sessions and team days for organisations looking to improve alignment and communication. The place I feel most at home is in the room facilitating. Whether it’s a strategy day, a leadership roundtable or a team working through misalignment, my work is about helping people think more clearly together.
